How It Works
At Everheld, every keepsake begins with a conversation. Here's what you can expect from the moment you place your order to the day your finished piece arrives at your door.
Step 1: Place Your Order
Browse our shop and choose the setting that speaks to your heart — whether it's a ring, necklace, earrings, or another piece. Once your order is placed, I'll personally reach out to you to begin our journey together.
Step 2: We Connect & Discuss Your Vision
I want to know your story. We'll connect in whatever way feels most comfortable for you — whether that's a phone call, email, or video chat. However you prefer to communicate, I'll meet you there.
Together we'll talk about the person, pet, or memory you're honoring, your preferred stone color, and the inclusions you'd like to send. This conversation is at the heart of everything I do — because every piece I create is as unique as the love behind it.
Step 3: Your Care Package Arrives
Once we've finalized your vision, I'll send a care package directly to your door. Inside you'll find:
- Step-by-step instructions for safely packaging your inclusions
- Everything you need to send your loved one's items back to me safely
- A detailed intake form to complete and return with your inclusions
Please take your time filling out the form — it helps me honor your loved one with the care and intention they deserve.
Step 4: Chain of Custody — Your Peace of Mind
The moment your package arrives with me, you'll receive a chain of custody email confirming I have your items safe in my care. We'll then review and finalize the design together before I begin crafting your piece.
Step 5: Your Keepsake Is Created
I handcraft your piece with the utmost care, respect, and love. Every inclusion is handled as the precious treasure it is. When your keepsake is complete, you'll receive another chain of custody update along with your tracking number so you can follow it home.
Step 6: Remaining Inclusions
Any inclusions not used in your piece will never be discarded without your knowledge. You'll have the option to:
- Have them returned to you when your finished piece is shipped back, or
- Have them stored safely with me for up to one year, after which they will be disposed of respectfully and with care

A Note About Photos & Videos
If you consent on your intake form, I may share photos or videos of your piece on our social media or website. This is always optional and entirely your choice. Sharing these stories helps others find healing and connection — but your privacy always comes first.
